Strolling the Zoo can give you the appetite of a lion. Fortunately, concessions are available in all areas of the zoo, so you can tame your hunger anytime. Check out these tasty choices.

Peacock Patio Snacks

The perfect choice for a meal or a snack! Enjoy pizza, nachos, hot dogs, and soft pretzels, plus ice-cold drinks, candy, and fruit bowls.

Located near the zoo entrance.

Dairy Queen

Hot eats and cool treats! Visit our two Dairy Queen locations for burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and salads, plus ice cream cones, sundaes & Blizzards:

• Indonesian Rain Forest
• Australian Adventure

Food Tents

Hot dogs, popcorn, and drinks are available under the green tent in the Australian Adventure Plaza.

Look for cold drinks, popcorn, sno-cones, and cotton candy in many convenient locations around the zoo.

Picnics

While there is no picnicking in the zoo, picnic facilities are available just outside our gates in Franke Park.  Get your hand stamped at the front gate on your way to the park for readmission to the zoo.
