Project Learning Tree Workshop for Teachers

10 AM – 5 PM
$25 per person
6 PGP points

THIS WORKSHOP IS FULL

Learn to explore nature with your students through discovery and expressive fun with the nationally-recognized Project Learning Tree curriculum for grades K-8.  Activities help students learn how to think, not what to think, about nature.  You’ll take home a comprehensive activity guide and a certificate for 6 PGP points.  Your fee includes lunch and zoo admission.

  • Print and fax Registration Form with credit card payment to 260-427-6820
  • Print and mail or bring  Registration Form with check or cash payment to the Education Department, 3411 Sherman Blvd., Fort Wayne, IN 46808

Programs are held rain or shine. You will receive confirmation. Openings are limited, so register early to avoid disappointment. Refunds (minus 10% processing fee) are available if you cancel at least 2 weeks in advance. No refund if you cancel less than 2 weeks in advance. The zoo reserves the right to cancel programs with insufficient registration. In the event of such a cancellation, all of your fees will be refunded.

Teacher Appreciation Night

Join us for an evening of education, exploring, and fun at the zoo’s annual Teacher Appreciation Night.  You’ll participate in behind-the-scenes tours, mini-workshops, and special activities.  Plus, you’ll enjoy food, giveaways, and 3 PGP points, and it’s all FREE with pre-registration.  
 
Educators from grades preK-12 must register in advance to get free zoo admission for the event.  Send us an e-mail with your name, grade level, county, and school or call 260-427-6808 to get on the list.
