Holiday Market at the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo

Santa is coming to the Zoo! Join us for the Holiday Market at the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo from 10 am to 4 p on December 4-5, 11-12, and 16-23 for this family friendly new event.

Families can come say hello to animals on the Indiana Family Farm, hear a Christmas Zoo tale during Story Time, visit Santa Claus and decorate a holiday cookie. Parents can shop the Wild Things Gift Shop, purchase holiday fun packs, or purchase or renew Zoo memberships.

Indiana Family Farm will be open 11 to 3 Story Times are 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm and 3:30pm This event does not require paid admission.

About the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo: The Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo is northeast Indiana’s largest tourist attraction, hosting more than 650,000 guests annually. In 2021, the Zoo was voted Visit Indiana’s “Summer Bucket List Top Attraction” and is consistently named one of the nation’s Top Ten Zoos for Kids by national media outlets.

The Zoo is a conservation leader, contributing more than $371,000 annually to local, regional, and international efforts to protect wild animals and habitats. The Zoo cares for more than 1500 animals and participates in 63 cooperative species survival plans.

As a self-supporting facility, the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo receives no tax dollars for operations. The Zoo’s operations are funded entirely by earned revenue and donations.
